Which time zones do you cover?+
I'm based in Freetown, Sierra Leone (GMT), which overlaps a full working day with London and Europe and several hours with the US East Coast each morning. I keep flexible hours and have shipped with teams from London to Singapore — async-first, with overlap when it counts.
